This costume is still in perfect condition. It never fit me quite right, the skirt is a tad too tight for me. It sat in my closet for years in hopes that my hip size would someday shrink, but it seems it wasn't meant to be.

Bra - 34/36 C (hooks can be moved to add up to 4 inches. The straps are over the shoulder, and do not criss cross in the back.

Skirt - 33.5 inches around (top hip measurement) and 38 inches at the widest part of the hip. You cannot increase that measurement, but if you wanted it slightly smaller you could sew additional elastic into the top. The skirt is 35 inches long when on the body and 38 inches long when laid flat.

Also comes with arm bands, a headband, and a necklace.

I prefer payment via paypal, but if you are paying from an unverified, overseas paypal account the costume will be held for one week before shipping to verify funds.
